Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out using your browser's privacy settings or an extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Forms

The contact and notify forms on this site are processed through Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit a form, the information you provide (such as your email address) is transmitted to and briefly stored by Formspree in order to deliver it to us. Formspree's own privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.

Scheduling

The "Schedule a Call" button on this site opens Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, where you may provide your name and email to book time with us. Calendly's own privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third party for marketing or resale. Information such as name, address, and mobile number may be shared strictly for logistics purposes (postage, courier) where relevant to a project.

Data Retention

We retain data indefinitely, and/or as required by law.

Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to safeguard the data we hold, including authentication, encryption, and access controls. Data is stored on company devices or managed solutions such as Google Drive and Amazon AWS.

Your Rights

You may request an exported copy of your data, or request its erasure, by emailing legal@brewing.studio with the subject "Data Erasure Request." Anonymously collected data cannot, by its nature, be erased on an individual basis.
